I am Martin Freundorfer, a talented muralist based in Ottawa, ON. With a passion for transforming spaces through vibrant art, I bring creativity and life to spaces indoors and out. My art practice is dedicated, focused on growth, constantly pushing technical and artistic abilities. I bring influences from nature, tattoo art, graffiti, and fantasy into my paintings.

Originally from Kingston, Ontario, I completed an Undergrad at the University of Ottawa in Criminology and Business. After University I worked in the restaurant industry for a number of years before switching to carpentry. In 2022, I came back to creating art and have been been painting commissioned pieces since the fall of 2024.

Aside from art I am a big outdoor enthusiast, loving activities that change with the seasons. Hiking, paddling, camping, and biking when there is no snow, and downhill and xc skiing through the winter. I am drawn to the power of nature, it's beauty, it's danger, it's ability to summon emotion. It is a major influence on my art.
